The staff was super helpful. They took time to show us any and everything we wanted to see. This was a surprise for my daughter so they helped to keep it a surprise.

Starting with the young lady at the door. Her greeting and helpfulness was warm and welcoming. Then the young man Toto B who assisted my family. He had a personality that matches my personality and old fashioned ways. I don't want to forget his coworker Samari who help during his customers. Toto was patience and answered my many questions.

I like the quality of merchandise that pandora have in stock. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the different financing available. my wait time was minimal.

The best part of this visit to the Pandora store was the sales associate Elaina. She made the whole process a breeze. She was so warming and it was an absolute pleasure working with her to find what I was looking for.

The sales associate, Keela D, is hands down the most professional, funny and amazing person there. During the crazy holiday rush and long line of customers, she took the time to walk me through everything and didn’t make me feel rushed.

The line was moving quickly due to the associated coming out and checking to see how they could assist each person in line. The associate was kind and clear in responding to our need.
