The gentleman that assisted me was amazing! His name was ToTo.. while I was standing there explaining my situation, he took my bracelets off and cleaned them which I really needed but didn’t think they had the time with the Christmas rush!

The clerk was knowledgeable and courteous

I arrived there within the last hour they were open and there was a line outside the door. With there being a line they were able to get us all taken care of without rushing us and had a grip and helping attitude. Elaina was the name of the amazing associate that helped me out and I went in there knowing I had to get 5+ charms and a bracelet and she helped me pick them out and her knowledge on all the charms were fantastic. She had a lovely personality and was quick with getting what I needed taken care of.

The lady I worked with was extremely helpful finding me exactly what I wanted. Very patient and a pleasure to work with.

Our experience at pandora was wonderful. We didn’t have to wait long, and Elaina H. did an amazing job helping us. She was super friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend you go to her when shopping at Pandora.

I called ahead of time to make sure this location had a specific charm that has been sold out on line and at other locations. This location had ONE. I asked them to hold for me and would be there within an hour. I was waited on immediately, the associate located my hold order. She was very sweet and helpful. She completed the sale and wished me a happy holiday.

Great customer service

Lyla was AMAZING. Was so helpful. Understood that I wanted charms to represent me as a person and asked about my interests. And even found things for me that made it hard to decided. I don’t live in Charlotte but every time to come back I’ll definitely stop in.
