Been to a couple of Pandora stores, but I must say best experience. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Helped me make my purchase before my wife noticed. Love the the employees!!!

The customer service was top notch! Elaina is very personable and engaging. Elaina answered all questions asked. I also had a similar encounter with Nat! Pandora should give them their own store or if not already make them managers! Just awesome!!!!

We visited the Pandora Store at 4400 Sharon Road, Charlotte N. Carolina on March 22nd which also happened to be my birthday. I am visiting from the West Coast and wanted to purchase a charm for myself and a charm for my sister who celebrated her Birthday a week prior. The sales associate Elaina showed exemplary customer service, was very knowledgeable about any of the charms we had asked about and had a delightful and attentive personality. My sister was seeking a Aquamarine Birth stone and she was shown the same one i am wearing currently, I asked about a charm of the initial C and Elaina politely said she did have one. Both charms look great on our bracelets and we were provided a complimentary cleaning of both our bracelets. My sister and I were completely satisfied with our store visit and Elaina proved to be extremely professional and friendly. She deserves recognition for her 4 years of loyalty to being an outstanding Pandora employee. I'll be back on my next visit to Charlotte.

The manager that I had by the name of Elaine was very helpful. She knew the product very well. She was able to choose charms based on the information that I provided to her without me choosing one of them at all.
