I loved the sales associate. she was super helpful and was in and out within 15 - 20 mins of arriving. it was great.

I was highly satisfied with my visit at this store because my visit at the Carolina Place mall store was a VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! The sales agent and the greeter were very, very unprofessional in their treatment of customers. They both need a in-depth training on customer service. I selected that store because it is closest to my home located in the Ballentyne area, however I will never go to that store again.

The experience is solely based on the employees. From the time I stood in line waiting to get into the store I was greeted by AJ with a friendly smile and asked how my day was & I was given a timeframe before I would get in the store. When I walked in the store Layla was quickly available to assist me. She showed me different products while Toto cleaned my bracelet.

The young lady assisting me was quite pleasant and knowledgeable of the store’s inventory. I needed to exchange a bracelet bought on line for a larger size and had absolutely no problems.

I bought new pendants that I have to present to old bracelets because you guys are not cleaning at this time. Please start back cleaning the products and stop trying to up sell the cleaner product instead for $15.99

The store representative, Reniyah, was extremely helpful and professional while being quick and thorough. She knew exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations.

Layla the sales associate went out of her way to help me make beautiful selections for my daughter's bracelet. She took the time to look up her past purchases to help me visualize what new charms would look best. I planned on buying one charm, yet with the sale and excellent service I bought 3. I am very happy with how she boxed them up for presentation as well. I own a bracelet, but no charms, yet after this experience, I am considering going back to look for myself when there is a sale again.

The two sales associates that helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were showing me any charms I asked to see and even others. They were helping and aiding in what I should buy. They also didn’t rush to get me out of the store.
