The gentleman was patient. We knew what we were looking for and he gave us options. And he realllly searched for the one charm we really wanted for our mom even when they thought it was out of stock. However, they found it right when we were about to check it! Excellent service. Friendly.

Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately. My sales associate was very friendly and patient. She made several healthful suggestions. The only downfall is the store is kind of small.
