Covid adds strain to everything. Masks are required in our community - yet two customers were not wearing theirs - it was hard to shop with them there. Our sales person was very new, yet did a great job. When he wasn’t sure he got answers, his teammates were helping him as well. I really appreciate the service. I bought more than planned because I could see the effort to do a good job.

My husband purchased a bracelet for my birthday and I didn't like the a few items. Yasmin, the cute, friendly and knowledgeable sales person, was very patient with me and gave me multiple ideas by trying different charms until I was satisfied. She didn't rush me one bit.

I have always gone to Pandora via the website or gone to one by me in the reeds. I am down visiting my best friend so she can get her wedding shoes and while at the mall I stopped in and wanted to go to my first Pandora store. It was getting close to closing and I didn’t realize it but both of the employees working at the end of the night on aug 14 were absolutely Incredible!! They both were so welcoming and patient. They explained what needs were there and helped me find the perfect additions to my bracelet. It was an honor to add this to my journey.
