My sales associate Naglaa E #189907, was great. She had great recommendations and asked what I wanted on my bracelet. Other stores needs sales associates like her. I hope that she gets recognized for this great review.

We went shopping for my birthday gift and were not sure what to get, but went into the store to see what they had. We ended up coming back and purchasing a bracelet.

When I entered the store I was well greeted by the store manager Lyla, she was quite helpful for helping me purchase an gif for my wife. She took the time to ask questions about my wife. Stating why is she so special and for me tp buy something from your store. I explained and showed me a ring set with his and hers wedding band which I purchased as well her birth stone. Lyla was a great help to me and I see why she is the store manager of that store. Of her quality of experience and knowledge.

It was all because everyone was nice and holding a very conversation with me. They told me all the prices of things and gave me recommendations about what I should get.

Because,the lady knew what she was doing and she chose another size bracelet for me because she knew that one would be too small just by looking at it she was full of knowledge.
