The associate was very friendly. He was engaged with my daughter to help with ideals. He was patient as we made our selection.

Samir was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a group of friends and he helped us pick out matching rings before college and was super fun to talk to, very helpful, and able to help all five of us at once. We all left with rings we were very happy about.

The customer service was excellent. The person helping me was very friendly and helped me and my friend a lot to understand how things worked in the store and how to pick our favorite designs.

Coming to Pandora is like coming to a candy store! So many options and everything is so shiny and clean. Yescenia S. was very helpful and knowledgable about every item! She even let me look at hers which was very inspiring. We even talked about when I started my pandora collection in the 7th grade (year 2007) which was fun to talk about! Brings back so many good memories. - Side note: Growing up the boys had Pokemon cards and me and my friends had a Pandora club! :D

Our sales associate...Zamir? Was awesome to work with. He helped my daughter choose the perfect charm to add to her bracelet. He offered suggestions and was very helpful.
