Sales associate Lyla was EXCELLENT!!! Easy to talk to and very friendly

I visited the store justs looking not really wanting to purchase any charms. But LYLA the store manager was so darling and amazing I end up buying two charms.

We were greeted by Samir in a friendly professional manner. Samir listened to what I was hoping to find. Samir brought out 2 rings I selected then two more just so I could be sure of my choice. Samir was very patient and kind even though others were in line behind me. He did acknowledge them while assisting me. Very positive experience and I didn’t even enter the store! I hope all your stores have employees like Samir.
