Pandora Jewelry

I was at the South Park Mall Charlotte, NC location. The service rep was named Reese (NO. 201065). She was energetic, new the merchandise and patient with us. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and we wanted to commemorate the weekend. We asked lots of questions and she accommodated. The line moved relatively fast to get in and the store and staff were friendly and clean.

Customer service was great

My sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The other sales associates were super cooperative and friendly when needed. The overall experience was great. Our associate Toni was splendid in every way.

I was high satisfied with my purchase/experience because the sales associate who helped me was very nice, he cleaned my bracelet and told me how to take care of it so that the rose gold charms i had wouldn’t fade & he helped me get the bracelet i wanted along with the charms.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. He also help me with a item for my sister. He went beyond and help us greatly and have me time to pick out my items.

I do not know where to start. We worked with Lyla, and was she more than awesome. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I truly enjoyed her spirit and her knowledge of the merchandise. She balanced my bracelet, which I knew nothing about because I have visited the carolina Place location and never was this done for me or even offered. She took customer service to a grand height. I will only be shopping the South Park Pandora store from now on.
