I went in with my two best friends of over 20 years to purchase best friend rings for our 30th birthdays. The associate that assisted us was fantastic. She was excited to help us find the perfect rings and she was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness. She was friendly, carried on great conversation, offered suggestions, and was overall a joy to work with. She definitely helped make this experience memorable for my best friends and I. I would definitely shop at this Pandora location again in the future because of the service we received yesterday.

Our sale associate was beyond kind, patient, friendly, and willing to help. She went above and beyond to help meet our Pandora needs. I will revisit this location and associate again.

Kimberly at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, SC was me and my boyfriend’s sales associate. Honestly, this was THE BEST experience we’ve had in a Pandora. We live in Greenville and have been to the Haywood mall store several times and have never gotten the amazing service that we received with Kimberly. At the Haywood mall Pandora, we we were treated as if we weren’t as important as other people that “looked like” they were going to buy more than us. At southpark mall pandora,We didn’t feel rushed even though there was a very long line. Kimberly took great care of us and needs a raise!
