I came to Pandora to get a starter bracelet and charms for my step daughter graduation. I didn't know her wrist size neither did she lol. I was very please when I left.

I received a gift from Pandora. It was to large so I was returning it for a smaller size. I was informed of the brackets to hold the charms in place which I liked so I purchased them because they are very nice.

The lady that helped me exchange my bracelet for a smaller size was very friendly, helpful and knew exactly what she was doing ! She’s helped me And my sister before in the past when we’ve ordered rings from there shes great and really seems to enjoy helping the customers to leave happy she was great !

By far would request her by name when I return to this store. Hard to find employees like her in todays retail market. I have been raised in the retail and customer service market since I was 8, don't lose this one. She thoroughly cleaned between customers and counters. She shown us options that were not on display or in view, one of which we bought and was quick to find the other charm my wife had requested when she did not find it on display. Really great knowledge of inventory and location. Thank you!

The associate Yesenia was very nice and professional. She assisted me with finding new charms for my bracelet and recommending clips to keep my bracelet quality. She referred a credit card as welll which I was approved for!

She found exactly what I was looking for. I was in there no longer than 10 minutes. She also sanitized before and after I came to the counter.
