Found exactly what we were looking for and the staff was very helpful.

As soon as we walked through the door, Alexis greeted us immediately. Alexis was patient and took her time to look for an item on line and even offered to check other Pandora locations. Thank you Alexis for providing us with excellent customer service.

Shopping at the store was a great experience because the associate quickly took care of me when I told her that I knew what I wanted. She took care of us immediately and we were done in minutes

Sadly I had to visit the store as your online messed up an order and said they were fixing it to only find out 2 weeks later that it was not done on your end. Charms I ordered were not sent and I received items I did not order. We had to go to the store after finding this out to pick up items that were to be delivered from my original purchase. Luckily I received an email about another order that was placed that wasn’t be filled due to shortage to find out they had that item in store and I was able to secure it. Very disappointing in Pandora as most people do not want to be in stores with the pandemic to have to risk a trip to store to get items I originally ordered.

The sales associate (Kiara)was very knowledgeable and extremly helpful. Kiara was pleasant and efficient. She knew where the product was located. She also suggested sell for my next purchase. The entire staff greeted me upon my entry. Others were helping customers.
