Sales person was very knowledgeable and extremely patience. She took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to clean and rearrange my bracelet. It was a gift over a year ago and I had no general knowledge of all the different types of bracelets nor charms. She was so good at her job I felt obligated to buy a new charm which I love. I live in Spartanburg South Carolina was visiting the Charlotte area. I will drive back to South Park Mall for my future needs of your products. Thank you Katelyn R for such great service.

This was my first visit. I was given a bracelet for Christmas. I was a little shocked at how expensive everything for the bracelets is. Though I am very happy with the charms I chose. My sales associate was very kind and patient. She really took the time to show me different options and explained everything.
