This was only my second ever visit to a Pandora store with the intent of purchasing, and I had very little knowledge of what the offerings were. Upon entering, despite the fact that the two associates were both engaged with customers, they each took the time to engage me and make me feel welcomed. I had no problem waiting for a few minutes while the other customers transacted, and they each engaged me a few more times throughout so that I felt acknowledged and important while waiting. After a few minutes, Ti'Onna was the team member that came back over to me once my spot came up, and only after she sanitized the whole area where she was working with the prior client. Ti'Onna was very engaging, very personable and also patient with me as I had a lot of questions of what to buy my girlfriend for her birthday. I told her numerous times how important it was to me that this was a special gift and she took the time to nurture me through the process.
