Kristy was an excellent salesperson. She first helped me replace a broken bracket without any problems. She went through all my purchases online to find the receipt from the time I purchased that particular bracelet. She also help me find the perfect pair of earrings.

The staff was prompt, helpful and kind.

Kimberly was really helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. When the charm I was looking for was no available she great suggestions.

They had exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for. They had a new style of bracelet as well

I came in to the store looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I was looking for a charm to add to her existing bracelet but the associate informed me of the current store promotion and I decided to get her a bracket/ring set instead and a bracelet for myself. I frequent this store and I'm sure I'll be back soon to start building my new bracelet.

I was highly satisfied because everyone was so nice and friendly. The store was super clean even though the store was full of people. All 3 ladies greeted everyone as they walk in and out of the store even though they all had customers.

The store had many choices. The designs were very elegant. The sales team member was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the designs availability and discounts offer.
