Jonathan is always great. He is like my personal shopper. I prefer to only shop with him because he knows my likes & dislike. Since recieving my bracelet, I shopped with him 3 times in 1 week.

Kristy was very helpful. She showed me what I asked for but then also recommended other things I might need that I absolutely wanted after she showed me. She was very nice!

I must say that sales associate KRISTY O ( Charlotte, NC South Park Mall) was absolutely amazing. She made the entire experience worth my early am arrival, and her overall knowledge on what I was looking for and not looking for was refreshing. I truly enjoyed my experience in this location considering my last visit to this location was horrifying to say the least. I was skeptical of returning however since my daughter purchased me a Mommy Day gift online I was left with no choice but to exchange in person versus awaiting returning material....etc...etc

Store policy for covid 19 was organized! Employees very friendly but the employee I had must've been fairly new cause seem like she was guessing some of the time!
