I love the beautiful charms I purchased for my bracelet. Mayans S. No. 189906 was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and polite. She polished my bracelet and informed me to bring in the other ones so she or another salesperson could do the same. She also put some type of rubber foam on my clips so they would not move. I stopped in just to look but after talking with her and the way she represented the company with her charming personality, I purchased 3 additional charms. Great salesperson.
