The store was bright and cool whereas the mall areas was hot. LOL. I went to shop with my best friend. I am a man so there is not a lot for us. BUT two seconds into us walking out, I saw a cool silver crown ring. I wear a 14 and this was not in stock and I don't think it is even offered. BUT the sales person mentioned my pinky. Well, sure why not! I am really enjoying it. Good sale Ms. Sales Person! I also got a military discount!

The store was so welcoming! I was greeted with a genuine smile, and assisted pretty quickly. Even though the sales associate seemed to be opening solo, she didn't act harried or annoyed. And I had my preschooler with me; no one acted annoyed that I had a small child with me. He seemed just as welcome as I. I needed a replacement bracelet and replacement spacer clip, and the sales associate was very intuitive in showing me the best styles to replicate what I had had. Then they cleaned my existing charms for free!

I was highly satisfied on the return of a bracelet that was difficult for me to put on and remove. The sales associate was very professional, she understood the challenge I was having with the bracelet and replaced it. Thank you Pandora for your excellent customer service, both in the store and on line.

Originally went to the store to have the clasp on a necklace fixed that I bought for my girlfriend. The associate told me about the year warranty on the product and that I would be able to exchange it for another product if I had proof purchase (receipt, confirmation number, etc.). I was very happy about that and ended up buying a ring to match the necklace that was replaced! The sales associate was very friendly and helped with the idea of buying the ring to go with the necklace.

The store had what I needed.

I entered the shop as someone who had never been interested in Pandora due to the seemingly "bulky" bracelets, however the associate helped me find a charm bangle that appealed to me as well as explaining different charms.
