I was greeted when I entered the store. Even though they were busy and I had to wait a while, the lady was so nice and so helpful. Great customer service.

I was looking for the Mother/Daughter charm. The one I originally was going to get was sold out. I purchased the rose color charm and I think I like that one even more. The sales young lady was very nice and helpful. She even offered to clean my two Pandora bracelet.
