The two ladies that were helping me were nice and friendly. They both clarified the products for me.

Store has a very nice selection. The staff is knowledgeable of their product. Offered nice alternatives if an item wasn't available.

I was just looking and an associate asked if she could help. I started looking at the rings and she showed me what I wanted to see. They didn't have the color I wanted. She did say to check back. Then I saw a necklace I liked and decided to purchase it. She spent time looking for it and had to sell me the one in the case. She was very patient and even helped me put it on.

I was satisfied bc the person helping was polite and knowledgeable of the product and price. The store was extremely clean. The price is great and the charm is beautiful on my braclet.

A ring I bought for my daughter last Christmas had its stone fall out and was lost. The cashier was easily able to find my receipt on the computer and it was still under the warranty so there was a new ring given in replacement. Every was done easily and efficiently and I’m happy that there is a one year warranty so I will definitely feel confident to keep purchasing from Pandora
