I was highly satisfied with my experience upon entry the associate who assisted my husband and greeted us immediately. The space that we had to roam around was adequate and we were helped to make our selection with ease. The lighting was nice and I found a charm that told a story. My only feedback would be to display a wider variety of charms and the overall fluidity of the space needs to be changed( I.e) the awkward and inaccessible placement of the displays.
