I love the Pandora store in Charleston and did not realize there was one in Charlotte in South Park Mall till Saturday.I bought a stackable ring and love it!

The employee who waited on me was extremely knowledgeable and very customer oriented. If I visited this store again I would ask for her and wait if she was busy. (her name was Geri I believe.

Sales person was very informative about Pandora selection. Also, patience. I wasn’t hurried in making my selection. The prices were reasonable and affordable. That alone is worth my return for future purchases.

We were first time Pandora shoppers. Our trip was to find a gift for my daughter's 18th birthday. Geri S. waited on us. She answered every question and gave us wonderful ideas about the perfect gift. She suggested a bracelet with a birth stone added to it. The perfect gift for the occasion. She also showed us stacking rings to match. Overall, a fun experience and a productive time. My daughter will love her gifts.

The store associate was very helpful,knowledgeable, personable. The store manager was pleasant and made sure I was being assisted in every capacity! It was an overall great experience.

My sales associate was wonderful. She recommended items and she took her time in showing things. She also didn’t pressure me into any item. She even saw when I wasn’t sure about item and would suggest something else.

Super satisfied with my visit today. It’s my second time entering Pandora. I wanted to do an even exchange for another clip style I had seen online and loved. My salesperson was super attentive, nice and helped me with everything in a professional friendly manner!
