When I walked in I was told that someone would be with me soon so I wasn't standing alone for a long time. Then shortly after someone came to help and didn't have any problem with me going back and forward with sizes and being annoying just like any girl who cant make a decision. She was honest and so sweet about everything and it was easy to talk to her and made you feel welcomed.

Geri was my sales associate and she greeted us with a smile, professionalism, and the willingness to ensure I left her store with something I loved. She made an extra effort to find a particular style of charm that I desired. She also provided me with information on how to care for and store my bracelet/charms.

The manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful. They were professional and extremely patient allowing me to take my time to ensure that the decision I made was exactly what I wanted. They were not pushy or rude.
