Pandora Jewelry

Upon walking in Cassidy greeted us immediately. She was SO patient with me. I have been wanting a pandora bracelet for some time and my husband surprised me for my birthday. Cassidy explained everything, and helped me try on so many bracelets to find my fit and style. She never once seemed like we were inconveniencing her by trying on items or asking a billion questions. She also gave me a 10% off for my birthday. My son, who is ADHD/Autistic asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them and was so kind. Seriously, she is the best employee at that store. She knew all types of tricks and went over care instructions, warranty, and wear instructions. I left knowing exactly how to care for my jewelry and with the exact personalized piece I always dreamt of. When we declined the credit card, her demeanor did not change, she took it in stride. She is so nice. When we come back, we will ask for her again and again.

Highly satisfied with this experience because I had shopped at least 5 different times in Pandora over the past two weeks however every one did not make me feel appreciated as a customer. The young lady that helped me was extremely patient and helpful and knowledgeable. She made me so welcomed as a customer I shopped two e at this store in the same day spending over $300.

I was being assisted as soon as I walked into the store. I was showed a wide variety of the selection available. I had my previously purchased Pandora Jewelry cleaned prior to leaving the store. The store associate also encouraged me to do the survey on my receipt.

The woman at the store were very attentive. Also they did everything to help me find something I liked. Lastly I know my sister will love here charm.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help without hesitation. The associates were more than friendly and polite with us

I was satisfied due to the sales clerk's friendliness and knowledge of the charms that I went it to buy. It was my granddaughter's 9th birthday and she made it even more special by showing me disney charms that were actually at a great price. I purchased a few of the sets.

Kathy, sales associate and Diamond, assistant manager were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They listened to my questions and concerns and explained in great detail. They were patient and made my customer experience awesome!

Staff was friendly and willing to show me the charms I wanted to see. Knowledgeable about sales. Very helpful and accommodating with my requests.
