This is my first pandora product. The young man who helped me took the time to explain everything about the product and what the warranty is and if my wife was not happy we could bring it back and exchange it.

I ordered a bracelet online for my girlfriend, the first time I had ever bought a gift of its stature, as well as her first gift from a man other than her father. It was the wrong size so I went to the nearest Pandora, got it exchanged with a price difference that I used towards a charm, I’m 10mins. I couldn’t tell you the name of the employee that assisted me but I also give her a 5 star rating for her excellent customer service.

There was initially a line so that’s the reason I gave it a 4/5 on the wait time however, once it was my turn to work with the sales associate she was extremely kind, professional, accommodating and helpful.
