On the busiest day of the year when shopping for your love one, Pandora at North Lake Mall fulfilled my need’s for a wonderful Valentine’s Day Gift. When I arrived at the location there was a line outside of the store, I immediately thought that this is going to be a long wait! My experience was complete opposite of what I was expecting. The associates were professional, greeted everyone with a smile while assisting every customer in a timely manner. I’m extremely pleased with the assistance I received with picking out the beautiful pieces in store for my Fiancé and the process exceeded my expectations for how long I assume the wait would be. Thank You to all the associates for an amazing experience!

When I enter the Pandora store at Northlake, I was greet by the sale person and ask if I needed help. when I could not find what I wanted the sale person my name of Victoria assist me and provide me with a selection of charms to choose. She was very nice and polite
