Everything was displayed out were you could see everything. The process was quick and easy having the book was also easy to look at all the merchandise.

ALWAYS ENJOY MY TRIP TO PANDORA. STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I VISIT THE STORE VERY OFTEN & HAVE ALMOST FILLED UP MY 1ST BRACELET.

Kelly was very knowledgeable about products. She was very patient and informative. Overall the selections were not plenty but I love this store. Kelly also offered to clean a very much needed tarnished bracelet.
