A sells associate by the name of Kelly was just a doll, by helping me rearrange my charms to perfectly fit a beautiful pandora vision. I can’t wait to continue going back and receive a amazing service for the journey to complete my bracelet.

Kelly was so patient. She has a beautiful bracelet and I literally “shopped” her bracelet and she was so kind about it. I spent $300 more than what I planned because she is sooooo good at what she does and I’m so happy I did it! It was my birthday and I felt so special as she pulled out tray after tray with no attitude, no rush just kindness and superb customer service, thank you Kelly!!!! I’m a Pandora customer for life. 😎
