The associate that helped me during my time in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me make selections that were to my interests. The wait time to enter the store was very short.

The worker helped me out so much. She knew about all of the jewelry I was looking for and had a great personality. It was an easy in and out experience and the availability of staff was fantastic.

I came to the woodlands location just to get my rings cleaned. Domenica was very prompt and quick in cleaning & educating me on the cleaning process. After discussing with her I had only had them 6 months and how I was disappointed in the tarnishing that occurred, she replaced them! Domenica's professionalism is only out shined by her quick problem solving skills. We will absolutely be buying from this location in the future because of her

I told her the atory behind my charms that i buy every charm in every city that i visit and i stopped 2016.. She mad it happen with her amazing cuztomer service and he bright happy face when she greeted me and helped me she went above and beyond!!!! I got this bracelet 2012. And it looks brand new again!!! I am so happy!
