Melissa, the Store Manager was beyond exceptional. This was an emotional visit for me because I am passing a gift down to my niece for graduation from my mom who passed away recently. Melissa was kind and very patient while providing excellent customer service and proving me assistance in picking out just the right charms and other accessories.
