I love that they speak spanish I am on vacation and I found what I was looking for Sales person was very nice to my husband and me.

As soon as I got there the sales lady was helping another customer but she made sure to acknowledge me and tell me that she will be with me in a second. She was so nice. Showed me every piece I asked for with no problem and was really sweet!

The sale person was very friendly and explained thing very clearly and how should I set up my charm for the future purchase she was very pleasant and also the the cleaness was remarkable and the brightness was very good so you can appreciate better what you are buying.

I had a very friendly sales associate that helped me pick the right choice in choosing a special gift for my loved one.

The store was well organized. The sales associate was also very nice and informative of the information she was telling me, she was also able to give me catalogs to show me more options. The prices were very reasonable and also I was able to purchase something and look for more just to get an idea.

This was my first Pandora purchase. I did not know what I was looking for nor did I think I would buy a bracelet. This was a fun buy for a self care gift.

They young lady that helped my fiancé and I was super sweet and listened to all my needs. I was a little picky with trying to find a ring to go with my engagement ring, but she was on it. I left very happy with my purchase.

I was very please with Ms. Myklyn B, because I went to another store, I had to stand in line for 20 mins, I was told that only 10 people in at a time(only 7 was in the store), I left, then the next day I went to The Woodlands Mall, no one in the store. She greeted my family with a smile and ask if she could be any help. I dint plan on buying anything, just wanted to ask a lot of question but end up buying. Ms. Myklyn was very knowledgeable about everything, that Pandora store will be the only store that I will go to. Yes, its out of the way for me, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. So the Manager was Awesome as well.
