Great customer service

I got assisted right away, i asked and she knew exactly what i was talking about where the item was and was a very nice and polite employee.

The lady that helped us was extremely nice, trying to help me with how to take care of my bracelet. She wasn’t shy and she didn’t make me feel nervous.

I went for a specific reflection charm but while I was waiting I was watching one of the videos and saw another charm but a new version and was torn the sales associate advised if I purchased rose gold it would stand out amongst the other silver charms the person had since it was a gift. The words standout sold me on the new version with family etched on reverse side.

The store provided mask and required then upon entry. Our salesperson was very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable of items along with items in stock. She didn’t seem pushy like some stores trying to force you to purchase more than intended.

They were very cautious when letting people into the store, only a few were allowed inside at a time which i think is very caring. The sale associate were very friendly and open as well. Very satisfied

When I came in I was properly introduced! They ask what did I come in looking for today ! I had someone who helped me buy two charms ! I told her I was coming back on the 18th to put my clips in !

My experience was highly satisfying. The assistance with finding what i was looking for was amazing and very helpful. I plan on coming back to make another purchase soon.
