I was neither satisfied with music or maneuvering throughout the store bc it was a curb side pick up.

I went inside Pandora just to browse, and had no intentions on buying anything, but Larissa went above and beyond my expectations. My bracelet had a broken charm (I never knew you could have charms replaced) but she quickly informed me that I could have my charm replaced. While she was doing that, she asked me if I would like her to rearrange my bracelet. So OFCOURSE! yes I let her do it. She ended up making me love my bracelet that much more. Larissa also suggested to buy one spacer to even out my bracelet. She found me the perfect one in my price range that matched all my colors. I am highly impressed with the customer service experience overall, and I am so thankful to have met her while I was there. I will be back 110%

Hazel was incredibly helpful, we only came in to get my bracelet cleaned, but she helped with finding an additional charm for it! Even showed us other charms we might purchase in the future!

The clerk was very nice. I was able to to find the charms other location discontinued. She found what I was looking for instantly with minimal description.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because our sales associate, Ana (who has the same name as Ana from frozen which is awesome) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to connect with us by asking if we planned to go to Disney and sharing that there are exclusives at Disney world. She even helped me narrow down to choose based on what me and the person receiving the bracelet liked.

Because I went into the store and get my pandora clean and came out as new and the person working there was really friendly with me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me add on to my existing bracelet.
