The sales associate was very pleasant, patient and caring. She was not rushing me and took the time to listen and help me make a informed decision. She never pressured me to make a sale.

The salesperson Ana M. Salazar Hernandez is the reason the I was Highly Satisfied. She went above and beyond in helping me with what I eventually purchased. She basically designed a bracelet for my wife using the charms I liked plus adding highlights or accents to make the bracelet more appealing. BTW the store manager was not the most friendly or cheerful. She continue to comment to sign the paper to get service rather then ask us please to sign-up. So I signed up, & paid attention to who I signed up after. So once his name was called I expected to be called next. But I was not, one of the salesperson skipped my name and went to the last name on the list. I did reacted to this saying that I thought I was next, but the manger smugly said if you don't sign in I won't get assistance. I then made a comment that I did sign up, but she just ignore me. I then went over by the list and began my Yelp review, which was not going to be good. About half way through my review the Manager began trying to figure who I was to get me service. Once I answered her call, she talked with Ana and I'm sure saying to watch out because I was mad at the service. But Ana was FANTASTIC!

I love Pandora, I got a lot of their bracelets and charms, earrings and everything is EXCELLENT QUALITY. My mom give it to me mi First Pandora and I give to my daughter her first too 😍

I felt very welcomed at this location. Erin was very kind and she showed me everything I needed to see for my new Pandora.
