Staff was friendly and made sure to suggest different alternatives for purchasing. Staff immediately greeted me upon arrival. The store had the item I specifically went to purchase.

The bracelet and the chains , I was looking for. Look beautiful in the display, and it was exactly what I was looking for. My first experience with Pandora was going to Manchester /England back few years ago. The bracelet was a bit big for me. But leaving the plane ,was not a chance to do an an exchange. But he girls at the store yesterday , clean and make it look great again. Many thanks to the girls at Pandora .😘💕

My trip over in search for a gift for my mother's birthday was easy and helpful. I was able to learn more about my own rings bought in a previous visit and lefr with another in my hand as well as two amazing and well chosen gift I'm sure my mother would love. The sales woman Hasel S was extremely helpful and kind making my trip enjoyable

The sales associate was very helpful and kind in my visits. She gave me great options to choose from, and really listened to what I was looking for. She offered great suggestions and wasn’t pushy at all. Every associate that helped chime in to my finial decisions gave helpful pointers and the store was beautifully displayed with options to choose from. This is by far my favorite store and I will always come back.
