Sales was very knowledgeable. She showed passion for what she does. She made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

The Sales Associate Helen was extremely knowledgeable. She was patient and offered several options. She helped both me and my daughter together. She was very helpful in helping me obtain my Pandora credit card account number because I had left the card at home.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were eager to please to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I originally walked in for an exchange but what I wanted was not available in the store. The staff showed me similar pieces which I appreciated but in the end I chose to wait for the order. If the staff had not been so attentive and kind, I probably would not have purchased during this visit.
