I went to buy a gift for my wife without having an idea of what it would be. The seller walk me trough all the options and helped me decide the perfect combination of bracelet, charm and clips in jus a few minutes. I'm more than pleased with the attention I received from Julie @ Pandora, The Woodlands Mall

It is very easy to return merchandise without a receipt. The sales associate was very helpful and did above and beyond service. I had a pleasant visit at the store because the sales associate was very, accommodating and very patient. I will definitely come soon.

She was helpful about ideas with starting my charm and helped me pick out two lovely pieces at an affordable price. Mrs. Julie was very knowledgeable about the products and services. she has been a sales associate with the company for many years. She even displayed her Pandora jewelry and told me a little about her bracelets. She was very sweet, understanding, and friendly. The store manager even walked up as Mrs. Julie was ringing me out and talked to me about the store. Thank you Mrs. Julie!

Tatiana was so patient and helpful. She was patient with all of the indecisive customers there. I have not seen such great customer service in a long time. This is probably the only Pandora I will be shopping at from now on with hopefully her there to assist me.

The end of the year sale was awesome
