Tiffany, the associate who attended to me, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She explained a lot to me and as a first time Pandora customer, it was very helpful.

The sale person was kind and patient. I came in with hopes to purchase a charm for my mother in law with my kids(they are busy/loud). The sales person saw I was in a rush and helped me find the perfect charm and never lost patience with my children's craziness. I'm very appreciative to people that are understanding to us moms and see our needs.

This was the first time a sales associate told me about the rewards program. I have been in the store numerous times and have never been told about the program. Disappointing, as I have made numerous purchases.

The store got busy and there were not enough associates. I felt like there could have been one additional employee. Also, I wish the store had same promotion as online or if they did, they didn’t have enough items in stock.

Tube que esperar un periodo de 10 minutos para ser atendida, pero una vez que fue mi turno Ana M Salazar. Me atendió muy amable y con disponibilidad para mostrarme todas las piezas en las que estaba interesada, definitivamente recomendada esta tienda y su personal

There were two sales associates working but they were busy assisting other customers. They never acknowledged me and Saud they would be with me shortly. One associate was speaking Spanish to a customer and the customer looked at me and started laughing. When I was finally waited on, I mentioned I think I had my annual birthday certificate for 10% off. She told me that the certificate was only good for online purchases. I made my purchase but when I got home I looked at email which showed a bar code to scan. I called back to the store and the other associate answered. She said she probably didn't know and I could just come back and make another purchase or come back to return and they would refund the difference. Neither option doesn't work because the store was an hour drive from where I live and gas is over $3.00/gallon.

The associate helped me and was really patient, even though the store was busy. Ana allowed me to try on all the bracelets I wanted and see all the charms. She was great
