The reason for my visit was for me to drop off my charm bracelet so that it could get cleaned using the machine (like it has been for many, many times). After waiting, I was greeted and told that they can no longer accept drop offs, that they can clean it but that I will wait for it. She returned within 5 minutes, and you could tell that my bracelet was not where it needed to be—so she recommended purchasing an at home cleaning kit. Of course my husband purchased it for me (along with a new ring that I saw while we waited) but it is a bit frustrating that the larger machine/drop off service was removed. I got home, cleaned my bracelet (took me like 2.5-3 hours) and more it’s back to ours beautiful original look. Besides this change, everything else was perfect.

Well the price I believe the charms are overly expensive. The discount for applying only 5bucks

Some of the pieces I wanted were not available. Other than that the service and attention were great. Thank you and keep up the good service you provide.

The over all experience went well with the exception of being overlooked as a customer and not being asked “have you been helped”. The first initial contact was way after (15-20) after I had been waiting there waiting to be at least be acknowledged. The least of my expectations was to be acknowledged to provide excellent customer service.

Sales associate lacked personality. Not a lot smiling going on. She helped me find what I was looking for, but could care less about making the sale. Very low energy.
