The store was very busy due to it being mother's day weekend. We had to wait in a line to get into the store and when we did the sales associate did not seem happy that we did not know what we wanted and wanted to look around. She just said do you know what you want? We said we wanted to look around. It was very hard to look as the store was busy. We purchased enough to get the free braclet but it was not the one that was pictured in the ad. It was a heart with wings which was not what was shown but that is what they had to offer. Not happy with the "free" bracelet since it was not what we were expecting.

The staff was not knowledgeable about the email add and special sales. The staff was recommended to seek out help from other staff by myself the customer. The staff was not knowledgeable about even older merchandise that I have looked at before.

I came in with my son to find a gift for his girlfriend. My main disappointment is we couldn't find anything within his budget. We had to pay a little more than we had planned. But we were happy with our purchase. She will like it!

Over all was a good experience for us. The sales was very nice to us during our visit. I thank our sales person is very new so she didn’t know too much of what’s in store, size or what kind of special offer pandora are having, we almost when home and order online cause she thought offer was online only

I was not happy because it to long to come in the store, as we were waiting to go into the store, Melissa, said that Myklyn, couldn't come in with us, but she did come in with me and my family. I want her with me because she knows me and what I and my daughter would like and what would be best for us. I felt that Melissa was rushing me to hurry up. I would have bought more, but because of her I didn't. She could find the ear ring that I want, so I took the display one; however, I wanted a different charm. So I will try a another sales person when I go into the store.

The wait time standing in line & not enough staff to assist once inside the store. Staff are trying to multi-task too many customers, so you are left waiting yet again. Also, if there were more staff to assist, the line would move more quickly.
