the associate was extremely nice. i walked in not thinking i was going to buy somthing and just looking around but she helped me and let me try on rings and see what size i was and then helped me decide which one i wanted. checkout was very fast and she was so kind during the whole process

Speed of pickup was slow as there were only two sales associates available. Theres a sign stating to pick up order at counter and one associate told me to go back to where they were at assisting customers. After another associate came into the store, she was wonderful quick and efficient. She even sold me another charm and ensured that my items fit my child prior to leaving the store. Will definitely come back and visit Samiyah again!
