We had to wait outside. We were in a rush. We needed to get our items quickly and leave. I think there should’ve been more workers in the store.

my being not highly satisfied is not because of the location but because of the online experience. first time I ordered online for pick up and the item showed to be at the store. I went to the store without receiving a confirmation and once on location I was told the location currently did not have the charm. I was also told that it takes 24 hrs for a confirmation. complaints: 1) online page should not say a charm is available at a location if it is not available and 2) 24 hrs for confirmation is way too long. I chose to pick up at store because I needed it the same day

Walking into the store, the store was empty so I wasn’t really concerned for my safety given the pandemic were in. The associates were all wearing masks. The associate that attended me and my companion was extremely friendly and helped us find what we were looking for

Staff member was nice and friendly and provided great customer service. She was very knowledgeable! When I'm ready to shop at Pandora again I'll be returning to the Woodlands location.

Greeting when entering store. Being able to be more informed on charms for bracelets. Asking customer more questions on likes and wants.
