Wanted a birthstone charm and they didn't have it . They were also out of the larger size of bracket I wanted . Next time ill just shop online .

When I got home and opened the box, I realized I was given the wrong charm. I had a rose gold one and I wanted a gold one. I should have checked the box before I left the store. Not a big issue. I will exchange it.

It’s was ok it’s always either packed or not enough ppl to tend to everyone or no one knows what’s going on or empty and no knowledge of products or promotions

PANDORA IS ALWAYS BUSY YOU GUYS DEFINTLEY NEED A BIGGER STORE. MORE SALES REPS AND MAYBE A HOST TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE CHECKED IN AND CAN GET SERVICED IN ORDER VS A PIECE OF PAPER TO SIGN IN AND NOT DETAILED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT'S THE SIGN IN SHEET.

I wanted to get a ribbon charm to dedicate to a family member whom was murdered due to domestic violence. You don't carry such items nor do you have the option to engrave a charm.

Hardly had a selection on my current ring size. Why would I order online when I’m in your physical store? No one wants to do that.
