The experience was nice. However there was only two ladies working at the moment. As soon as they could they attended us. The manager was the one to attend us and was very polite.

When I walked in there were several associates talking to each other. There were no customers in the store. It took several minutes for them to acknowledge me and for someone to offer any assistance.

I am very satisfied when I walked in and there was help right away. I came in with an open mind to find the right size and ring for me, The associate gave me her input and allowed me to try on different rings to help me make a decision. Then she was also very helpful of making my choice the right one !

I think that with the holiday rush, sales associates were likely burnt out so it seemed as though they could not readily provide the best of service .

Only three associates available during a busy weekend. We were given the wrong receipt also.

Cuz some prices are super expensive and sometimes not always , but sales person are not too friendly or patient

When I first went to pandora to get my first charm bracelet and charms, the service was very great but this time that I went, it took awhile for them to ask me if I needed help when all they were doing was talking at the cash register.

When the sales associate took my bracelet, she dropped one of the charms on the floor. She didn't notice it and almost stepped on it.

We can do to purchase first bracelet for my daughters. Selection was okay, wish there was more in stock. Customer service was decent, the store was closing so I understood.
