The assistant manager Yolanda, had horrible body odor. It was HORRIBLE! In these rimes, everyone should be clean! Slow service. Manager was rude to an employee - chewed her out in front of everyone. So unprofessional!

None of the staff had their masks on. They were too busy chatting with each other. I would not go back.

Had to stand in line outside store, only a few customers were let in at a time. Over the COVID scare. If a customer doesn't feel safe with more people browsing, they should stay home and let the rest of us look/shop, etc. By the way, for whatever intern is reading this, it will help sales if you let people shop. Felt very rushed, like we could not browse at all. Very limited selection of charms and clips. It was Mother's Day. Store should have had more merchandise on hand. Sales person had difficult time closing the bracelet I chose. Ended up having to get another one that closed a little easier. It still is VERY hard to close. I am considering returning it for that reason.

The protection is good. But the friendly of the staff is not good at the Willowbrook mall Houston. They act like they don’t need the customer

Had to stand and wait for a few minutes until someone noticed me. Then waited several more minutes until someone actually helped me. The sales associate was not friendly at all. It was basically can I help u and here u go. Not even a thank you!
