The sales associate was not very knowledgeable of the products. She said she was new so I suppose that is understandable. I had to tell her of the designs I was looking for...on several instances was told what I was looking for didn't exist. Then found it later. I am sure once she is there awhile, she will become more familiar with it.

The Woodlands mall pandora store never has anyone capable of helping with my needs. This store specifically changes their employees every other month… it’s crazy. And new people don’t know anything about how to customer service.

I went to the Pandora Store in the Woodlands Mall to receive a cuff to stop my charms from coming off of my bracelet. The associate I was working with recommended that I get two, but I knew that I only needed one. She proceeded with attitude to argue with me that buying more because it would help my bracelet out, but I could not afford it. Then another associate was talking to her in the distance about how she needed to close the store later that evening because "her numbers were down". Well her attitude was definitely part of it. This was my first experience in the Pandora store EVERRRR and I will not be going back. It takes one person to ruin it.

La ayuda para compra una arracadas Malo, la vendedora no sabía dónde Tenían la mercancía , le pedí q me diera nuevas las arrascas cerradas y solo encontró unas, por descuido de ella , no encontraba las primeras y me decía q donde estaban y yo le dije q no sabía, mandan llamar a la manager supongo, y las encuentra encima de sus folletos de cobro y le dice , no ya no pasa nada. Me sentí muy mal y ofendida, la vez anterior compré mas de 800,00.dólares en mercancía y tuve buen trato en esta ocacion me lleve las arracadas por que era un regalo q me urgía, pero es la última vez que compro en Pandora , enseñen a sus vendedoras a tratar a los clientes buenos Gracias

Our sales associate was named UMA. She knew we were looking for gold bracelets and charms and she offered no help or options. We had to keep scanning the store and asking to open different cases because she was so reluctant to help or show items. She never offered suggestions so we didn’t know what was available until we started searching online and asking if she had some of the items that we were viewing on hand. Every single item we identified online, she had on hand. I am baffled as to why she was not offering these items to us as we shopped but instead made us research and ask repeatedly for help. She was busy on the tablet and very reluctant to help us. Uma should not be in the frontline dealing with customers if she is going to be annoyed when she has to assist them with options.

The sales associate lacked/ had very limited knowledge of the product. She did not know which charms or clips fit my bracelet. The other associates we’re friendly with the customers. Our associate was not and was more concerned with going home. I further felt uncomfortable that the associate kept piling the tray away as if I was going to take the charms. She even took my bracelet and walked away with it when retrieving a charm. I only made my purchase because I had spent over two hours there, one outside and one inside. Inside the store, I had to look through the catalogs because she could not show examples to me based on my requests.

It was an extremely disappointing visit. The sales associate lacked and had very limited knowledge of the product. She did not know which charms or clips fit my bracelet, which is the reason why I came into the store instead of ordering online. She could not show examples to me based on my requests. The other associates we’re friendly with their customers and would allow them to see the full tray outside of the glass. Our associate was not friendly at all and was more concerned with going home. Even when she finish checking us out she said “you guys are my last customer, I can finally go home now.” I felt super uncomfortable that the associate kept piling the tray away as if I was going to take the charms. This has never happened to me before in any other location. I only made my purchase because I had spent over three hours there, one outside and two inside. Inside the store, I had to look through the catalogs because she didn’t seem to care to help me with my purchase.

The store was full of people and I had to approach the sale associate to buy a present. She was rude and bored until she saw that I was actually buying something.
