Asked to see specific color items and shown 4 options. When leaving noticed several other charms in the color pallet. Sales associate appear less than happy to assist. Almost bothered. iPad did not work. Had to get another one. Have never received this type is service at this store before. Wondering if management changed. Will buy any future charms somewhere else.

I brought a broken bracelet ands none of the two ladies at the store helped me to fix ir nor exchange it. I Will be in the US until the 16th and would like to solve this before I leave. Thanks!!

I was not shown a specific ring because I was told I would not like it. I was very disappointed that I did not get to see everything I had on my list before making my purchase. I was rushed to make a decision on which ring I wanted to buy and I was told what I would and would not like rather than being allowed to view what I wanted to see.

Employee gave bland dry answers as if she assumed I was not going to spend any money. No resolution for previously bought merchandise that another associate wrung up without emailing my receipt. Stuck with incorrect size item. Item did not pull up under number previously provided.

I let the SA know I had limited time. She was very slow and appeared to not know what she was doing

The purchase that I made had a price of 30.00 listen on it when she scanned to ring it up th price was 60.00 I brought that to her attention nothing was done then she had already took the piece off the packet it was on.The listing price should be the amount. Will change the store I shop at from now on.

The lady was so rude and talking to me like she was mad.

Had to wait outside the door because it was only one sale associated after 20 minutes waiting outside the door sale associated than came to door and said we could come in and look the 5 people she was helping that was shopping together was still in the store so why did I have to wait maybe because I was black but little did she know my black son is a Police sergeant and his girlfriend is a police officer shame on Pandora

I ordered online and went to pick up the next day. I called the store the first time I called the lady hung up on me. The second time I called I asked if I could do curbside and she said no you have to come in the store. Then it said mask required and there's people shopping without one
