Y’all have an exceptional store manager in Christina. She also went way beyond our expectations of customer service and knew her product extremely well, very very Knowledgeable of the Panadora line. Naz is NOT customer friendly, does not know her product line and is not customer oriented. Sorry for above, but you ask for my opinion.

when I went to the store I had to ask for help, associates were too busy putting on jewelry on each other. Totally ignored the fact that we talked in the store. I stood there for good 3 mins looking at the braclates then my husband said excuse me can one of you please help us. Then one of them came and helped. We purchased bracelet and a charm. I asked after the purchase for them to clean my other pandora bracelet and charms. They asked me to come back in 30 mins I went back after an hr. My bracelet and charms were not clean at all, when I said that they are not clean they said they are and that’s the best they can do. Very rude associate who was working. I will never ever return to that store again or recommend my family and friends to go. Her name was Emily and everyone working as just as rude.

I have been shopping pandora at this location for 5 years. Every time I go to the woodlands I buy something at this store. They ignore me to my face at this location every time.When we walked in the store was empty and both associates were in the back of the store behind the register. We were not greeted. We waited while obviously looking with great interest at the rings for over 5 minutes while being ignored. Marshika was shoving food in her face and I had to ask her to help us. While we were looking my mom started to ask a question and she turned her entire back to us and started laughing and chatting across the store. My mom was about to select a $300 ring. She said never Mind and wanted to leave after the hateful woman ignored her. I had to call the woman out and tell her my mom was speaking to her. She turned around and said “oh”..... this ruined our experience. It was degrading. It made us not want to spend our money. But we did anyway. This woman should be written up. I worked retail for 10 years. I know the standards. I want some kind of restitution for my mom. A coupon or something to make us comfortable with continuing to give y’all our money.

There was not enough staff to attend customers in a timely manner. There was a sign in sheet that I wasn’t informed about until after 30 minutes of standing around and being ignored. No one smiled or acknowledged my presence. The staff who did finally attend me did not welcome me in a friendly manner or a positive attitude. I felt rushed to make a purchase and I wasn’t informed well enough about merchandise that fit the description of what I was looking for.

Th associate did Not appear to be interested in showing my husband and I any charms when we made it clear it was my birthday and was looking for a charm. She only got one charm out at a time what she thought I’d like, no showing us multiple charms. She was unfriendly and not engaging or willing to sell. She should not be in this type of profession. We were also looking at a ring for myself and when I was uncertain as to which ring I had previously seen, she was only interested in showing me a book to flip through instead of pulling out the tray of rings for me to look through. I ended up purchasing a charm however was disappointed because I’m not sure it’s the one I really wanted, and almost left not purchasing anything due to my experience with this associate. Associate # 160883. I think I’ll order online instead of going into your store This was the worse service ever!
