Me personally I have always went to pandora I go every month to buy new charms the workers there are really friendly they seem to enjoy doing there job.

Was greeted right away and asked how my day was going. The associate stopped working on their project right away to attend to me

I always shop at Pandora here in Lexington ky customer service always greet and show respect. The store always has the merchandise I shop for all the time.As a matter of fact I’m parked out side of Pandora shopping for my wife it’s our anniversary today

Ylissa was very welcoming and helpful. She even took the time to answer some questions and offered to also clean my bracelet. Excellent customer service!
